In this course, techniques, strategies, resources, and tools for designing, developing, implementing and evaluating critical aspects of leadership in instructional technology issues will be addressed. Lec. 3, Cr. 3.
Project 1 Team Project: This project is designed to enhance the development of knowledge and skills as a leader in the field of Instructional Design and Technology (IDT) while working with others. A Technology Needs Assessment will be created and conducted in order to assess the needs of an instructional/training environment in a school or organization
Project 2 Individual Project: This project is designed to enhance the development of knowledge and skills as a leader in the field of Instructional Design and Technology (IDT) on an individual basis. A narrated multimedia presentation will be created on the major steps in conducting a technology needs assessment as part of a technology-planning.
