EDTC 6340

This course emphasizes the use of current technologies for teachers/trainers including effective integration of: multimedia, web-based and Web 2.0 applications, and social media as reflected in scientifically-based research of instructional technology in online learning environments.
Project 1: This project was designed to showcase best practices when creating multimedia presentations. An original PowerPoint was selected and revised to improve the learning outcome with the revised multimedia presentation. 
Project 2: This project was designed to use social bookmarking and content curation to share web-based resources on a specific Educational Topic. Scoop.It! has been used to share these web-based resources over coding and robotics.
Project 3: This project was designed to depict how, by using social media, coworkers could be motivated to share how an educational topic could relate to their workplace. This project is a SCRIPT for a presentation of how social media will be used to facilitate core area teachers to share, discuss, and communicate on how the robotics club can design after school activities that are related to core area curriculum.
